Returns & Refunds

Every LKS product is made to order especially for you. Because each item is produced after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email lks.llcroc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when your claim is approved.

Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, please first check with the carrier and your delivery location. For orders that appear lost or never arrive, email lks.llcroc@gmail.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can review and help.

Cancellations and changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or change an address, size, or color. We can only make changes before production begins. Once an item is in production, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
